Biography

6 May 2009 marked the conclusion of the Diocesan phase of the canonisation process of the Servant of God, begun 10 years earlier by some of his closest disciples, encouraged by other people who knew him.

The faith, hope and charity shown by Fr José María in his pastoral activity in the labour sphere shone with its own light throughout his entire career, involving much more than his practical endeavours in this field, which were exceptional.
